100% payment is due at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Zazu reserves the right to change any of its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.
Zazu will add sales tax to any order shipping to or within the state of Virginia.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday (excluding US holidays and weekends). We reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion. Reasons for order cancellation may include, but not limited to suspected fraudulent payment and restricted delivery addresses. We will contact you if your order is cancelled.
Orders will be processed and ready to ship within 24 hours from the day of full payment. If your order is placed after 3 PM EST, the order processing time will begin the next business day.
At this time, Zazu ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Zazu ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on the Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Shipping costs are based on the actual cost of shipping the item(s), not on the total order cost.
While we indicate UPS Ground as the basic transport, we may from time to time use another carrier to help expedite your shipment when it warrants or when ground service is not available to your address.
If an error is made on our part in addressing a package, we will pay to reship the package. If the following conditions apply, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the order; 1) the package is sent to the correct address, but is undeliverable, 2) if Zazu is provided the wrong address, 3) if the shipment is delayed due to shipper’s error (unless the package is guaranteed by the shipper).
If you have ordered an in-stock item, it is being pulled from our warehouse and being prepared for shipment during our regular business hours. However, as we occasionally run out of stock, it may take up to 90 additional days for replenishment. If we cannot ship your items to you within 14 days, we will notify you and offer the option of canceling or replacement. Custom orders, including monogrammed items, Webkinz products, and shipping charges are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable unless it is our error. All merchandise must be returned within 21 days of receipt in a new and unused condition. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all shipments. We recommend using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as packing and fully insuring your return shipment. Once the return merchandise is received and inspected, credit will be issued.
